Que Academy approached us in mid-2020 as they had just built a brand new E-learning platform and now wanted to showcase it to the world. They had a substantial social following on Instagram and Facebook prior to our partnership and a well-known reputation in their local industry area.

Increase brand awareness and drive new users to the website.
We initiated a kick-off meeting to get better acquainted with the Que Academy brand and target audience. This meeting provided us with key insights into the target audience demographic & behaviour. It became clear that Google Display Network would be a cost-effective channel for brand awareness & Instagram would be the prioritised social channel for marketing.
We built out Instagram ads targeting cities densely populated with hair salons and created a lookalike audience from website visitors, this was the warmest audience data we had to start with. The ad creative highlighted the main USP’s of Que Academy in a short 15-second video format that was run over two key placements (feed & story) to maximise exposure.
Our design team created display banners and A/B tested a number of designs to determine which design engaged best with the target audience and therefore brought the most traffic to the website.
