We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health details, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
How we use it, and our lawful basis

Cookies
Essential cookies keep the website working and are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies, including those set through Google Tag Manager, only run if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page.
Our contact forms and CRM are provided by HubSpot, which uses cookies to connect the pages you view with any enquiry you send us, so we can understand what brought you to us and reply helpfully.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:
- Webflow, which hosts our website
- HubSpot, which runs our CRM, forms, email and meeting booking, hosted in its EU data centre
- Google, for Tag Manager, Analytics, advertising measurement and our business email
- Cloudflare, which protects our forms from spam
- Finsweet, which provides our cookie consent tool
- Our accounting software provider and professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers
We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Our team works from the UK, Spain and Australia, and some of our providers are based in the United States. Where your information is accessed or stored outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to working together: up to two years from our last contact
- Client and supplier records: six years after the engagement ends, for legal and tax purposes
- Job applications: six months after the role is filled, unless you agree to us keeping them longer
- Analytics data: in line with each tool's settings, for example 14 months in Google Analytics
How we protect it
Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it for their work. We use reputable providers, two-factor authentication on our business systems, and encrypted connections across the website.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to how we use it, including stopping marketing emails at any time
- ask for your information in a portable format
- withdraw your consent where we rely on it
Email contact@clear-click.com to use any of these rights. We will reply within one month and will not charge you in most cases.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. If you live in the EU you can contact your local data protection authority, and in Australia the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
