Most agencies are shaped like a triangle: seniors sell the work, juniors do it, and the gap between promise and delivery is where clients get disappointed. We built the opposite shape. Two directors in the work every day, and hand-picked specialist leads who each own a channel outright. We would rather turn work away than staff it with someone learning on a client's budget.
Nicolaas and Alistair lead engagements personally. Reviews are conversations with the people doing the thinking, not status theatre.
